Blossom House

Blossom House provides a safe, stable, and welcoming emergency shelter for youth ages 14–17 who need immediate support. During their stay of up to 90 days, young people receive wraparound services—including caring adult guidance, basic needs, emotional support, and individualized plans—designed to help them regain stability and prepare for their next steps.

Jake’s Place

Jake’s Place offers supportive transitional housing for young adults ages 20–24 who are building independence. Residents receive a secure place to live, personalized case management, life skills coaching, and access to education, employment, and wellness supports—creating a strong foundation for long-term stability and success.

Cookie’s Corner (launching Spring 2026)

Launching in Spring 2026, Cookie’s Corner will provide safe, family-centered housing for caregivers and their children. This program is designed to keep families together while offering holistic supports—such as case management, parenting resources, and community connections—that strengthen family well-being and open pathways to stability.

Supportive Services

Our Supportive Services ensure every resident has access to the tools and guidance they need to thrive. Through individualized case management, life skills training, therapy, and transportation assistance, youth and families receive comprehensive, culturally responsive support that empowers them to move toward healing, stability, and independence.
