Power & Promise is a year-round leadership pathway designed to meet young people ages 12-24 where they are and help them grow into confident, capable leaders. Through VOICES, youth build real-world skills, engage in their communities, and access paid opportunities that reward consistency, responsibility, and initiative—not just attendance.

More Than a Program—A Leadership Pathway
Power & Promise is no longer a single 6-week experience. It is a multi-phase pathway designed to reward consistent participation, leadership, and growth over time. Youth participants will:

Start with a core program.

Continue through engagement opportunities.

Become eligible for end-of-year Investment Awards.
- Advance into paid leadership and apprenticeship roles.
Weekly Schedule
Youth are encouraged to join us on Mondays for tutoring and on Wednesdays for tutoring and labs. The daily after-school schedule includes:

4-6 p.m.: Free play, homework/tutoring, choice activities

6-7:15 p.m.: Labs

7:15-8 p.m.: Snack & dismissal
